Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 July 2026
This policy explains how Fang Ventures Private Limited, trading as Rekindle, collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data. It applies to this website, sales enquiries and Rekindle's managed AI calling service.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Fang Ventures Private Limited is responsible for personal data collected directly through this website and our sales process. For calling workflows run for a customer, that customer generally decides why the calls are made and which records are used. In that context, Rekindle processes data for the customer under the applicable service agreement and documented instructions.
Our Data Protection contact can be reached at +65 8100 4137.
2. Personal data we collect
- Enquiry data: name, company, work email, optional phone number, call volume, use case and message.
- Advertising attribution: landing-page URL, campaign parameters and Google click identifiers when you submit an enquiry from an advertising link.
- Website measurement: page visits, interactions, device and browser information when you accept optional measurement cookies.
- Communications: messages and information you choose to provide through WhatsApp or another agreed channel.
- Service data: customer-provided contact records, call audio and recordings, transcripts, conversation summaries, call metadata (such as date, time, duration, phone number and connection details) and call outcomes, where required to provide a contracted calling service.
We ask customers not to provide data that is unnecessary for the agreed workflow, and in particular not to include full NRIC or FIN numbers, financial account or card details, or health information beyond what a call requires.
3. Why we use personal data
- To respond to enquiries, assess workflow fit and prepare a proposal.
- To provide, secure, support and improve contracted services.
- To measure which advertising campaigns generate enquiries, where you have accepted optional measurement.
- To prevent abuse, diagnose technical problems and meet legal obligations.
- To establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use customer call lists to advertise Rekindle or to build advertising audiences.
4. AI voice processing and call content
Our voice agents rely on third-party AI, voice, telephony and transcription providers to understand what a caller says and to generate a spoken response in real time. Call audio, transcripts and related workflow data are processed to run the call, produce an outcome and write it back to the customer's system.
We do not use a customer's call recordings, transcripts or contact records to train general-purpose AI models, and our providers process this content to deliver the service under agreements that restrict using it for their own model training. The agent does not make legally or similarly significant decisions about an individual on its own: sensitive and clinical matters are configured to be declined, recorded for follow-up or escalated to a person.
5. Call recording and notice
Where a workflow includes recording or transcription, the customer decides whether calls are recorded and is responsible for giving any notice and obtaining any consent required before recording. We help configure the introduction and disclosures the agent uses so a call can be handled transparently. Recordings and transcripts are handled under the customer's service agreement and the retention terms in section 9.
6. Cookies and Google measurement
Google Analytics and Google Ads tags are disabled by default. They load only after you select “Accept measurement” in the cookie notice. Advertising personalisation remains disabled. If you decline, the website remains usable and you can still submit an enquiry or use WhatsApp.
You can reopen the cookie notice from “Cookie settings” in the footer and change your choice. A first-party browser setting remembers that choice. Google may process measurement data outside Singapore under its own terms and privacy safeguards.
7. Who receives personal data
We disclose data only where needed to operate the website or provide an agreed service, including:
- hosting, security and infrastructure providers, including Vercel;
- Google services used for lead storage and consented advertising measurement;
- Meta/WhatsApp when you choose to contact us through WhatsApp;
- telephony, voice, transcription and integration providers selected for a contracted workflow;
- professional advisers, regulators or authorities where reasonably necessary.
The exact service providers and data locations for a customer workflow are scoped during implementation and documented in the relevant agreement or data-processing terms.
8. Overseas transfers
Some providers may process data outside Singapore. Where the PDPA requires it, we use contractual and operational safeguards intended to provide a standard of protection comparable to the protection under Singapore law.
9. Retention and security
We retain personal data only while it is needed for the purposes described above, to provide a service, or to meet legal and contractual requirements. Inactive sales enquiries are reviewed for deletion or anonymisation no later than 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. Customer service data follows the retention period agreed with that customer.
We use access controls, restricted service credentials, transport encryption and other reasonable administrative and technical measures. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access or correct personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent, or ask how it has been used or disclosed. Contact our Data Protection contact at +65 8100 4137. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
If your request concerns a call made for one of our customers, contacting that customer directly may be the fastest route because it controls the purpose of the call.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The current version and its effective date will remain available on this page.
