Website Terms of Use
Last updated: 15 July 2026
These terms govern your use of re-kindle.sg. The website is operated by Fang Ventures Private Limited, trading as Rekindle. By using the website, you agree to these terms.
1. Website information is not a service commitment
The website describes Rekindle's capabilities in general terms. Availability, pricing, integrations, implementation details, data handling, call volumes and service levels are confirmed only in a written proposal or service agreement. Website examples and demonstrations are illustrative unless expressly identified as measured customer results.
Where these website terms and a signed service agreement both apply, the service agreement governs the paid service and prevails over these terms to the extent of any conflict.
2. The Rekindle service in outline
Rekindle is a managed AI calling service. We design, configure and operate automated voice-agent workflows that place or answer calls on a customer's behalf, hold a conversation with the person on the line, and record a structured outcome. The service relies on third-party AI, voice, telephony and transcription providers. This section is a summary only; the specific scope, responsibilities and safeguards for a customer are set out in that customer's service agreement.
3. AI-generated communications and their limitations
Rekindle's voice agents generate speech and responses automatically using AI models. This output is probabilistic and can be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected, even when the agent is configured carefully. It is not medical, clinical, regulatory, legal or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified person.
Customers approve the agent's voice, introduction, knowledge and call logic before it goes live, and remain responsible for the content and consequences of the calls run for them. We agree with each customer how the agent identifies itself and, where required, discloses that the caller is speaking with an automated system. The agent must not be configured to mislead people about whether they are talking to a human or an automated voice.
4. Your responsibilities when we run calls for you
For any calling workflow we operate for a customer, that customer is responsible for its own legal compliance, including under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore) and any other laws that apply to it. In particular, and as further set out in the service agreement, the customer is responsible for:
- having a lawful basis and any required consent to contact the individuals it asks us to call;
- screening marketing numbers against the Do Not Call Registry, or relying on a valid exception, where the Registry applies;
- providing accurate contact data and not uploading personal data that is unnecessary for the agreed workflow, such as full NRIC or FIN numbers, financial account or card details, or health information beyond what the call requires;
- giving any notice and obtaining any consent required before a call is recorded;
- honouring opt-out and “do not contact me” requests, and telling us so suppression can be applied; and
- keeping its own records of the consents and instructions it relies on.
Rekindle helps configure disclosures, opt-out handling and escalation as part of the managed setup, but does not assume the customer's compliance obligations.
5. Acceptable use
In relation to this website, you must not:
- interfere with, probe or attempt to bypass the website's security;
- submit unlawful, misleading, malicious or infringing material;
- use automated systems to overload the website or lead form;
- misrepresent your identity or authority to act for an organisation;
- copy or exploit website content except as permitted by law.
In relation to the calling service, it must not be used to:
- place unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, harassing or abusive calls;
- falsify caller identity or transmit misleading calling-line information;
- impersonate a real, identifiable person, or clone or imitate someone's voice without their consent;
- call emergency, hospital, paging or similar critical lines; or
- reverse engineer the service or use its outputs to build or train a competing product.
We may suspend access to protect the website, the service or third parties from a violation or a security or legal risk.
6. Not for emergencies or safety-critical use
The service is not designed or intended for emergencies or for medical, clinical, life-safety or other safety-critical decisions. It must not be relied on where a failure, delay or inaccurate response could lead to injury, serious harm or significant loss. Sensitive and clinical matters are configured to be declined or handed to a person.
7. Intellectual property
The website, brand, copy, design, demonstrations, audio, software and the underlying voice-agent platform and models are owned by or licensed to Fang Ventures Private Limited. These terms do not transfer any intellectual-property rights. You may view and share links to public pages for legitimate business evaluation.
8. Third-party services and links
Links to WhatsApp, Google, PDPC materials or other third-party services are provided for convenience. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party availability or content that we do not control.
9. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but it may contain errors or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, the website and any demonstrations, sample calls and AI-generated output shown on it are provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties, including of accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fang Ventures Private Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this public website. Liability relating to a paid Rekindle service is governed by the applicable written service agreement.
11. Privacy

12. Governing law
